I really enjoyed the hotel overall. Had very very good stay during my holiday in Osaka. The stuff where very professional and competent and always had a smile. The best location in the cute area and it was a bonus to be nearby a train station. Shopping malls and a market were right next door.

Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was similar.

The hotel was beautiful and nicely located. The rooms were amazing and the staff were extremely helpful. Only a few steps from universal studios and a 10 minute boat trip to the aquarium, right behind the hotel. Not to mention the station was right in the universal city walk, a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

The location here is fantastic with its close proximity to a train station making it very convenient, and the food is enjoyable as well.

Comfortable accommodation close to Universal Studios

I like party room size and design. It is very nice for traveling for the group of 4 persons. Each bed has electrical outlet for you to charge iPhone and camera.

Even though the hotel is close to Universal, walking distance is quite far. However, it is good for exercise.

Great place to stay, everything is kept nicely and conveniently located near top-notch restaurants in Universal City, close to the seafront. 🌟

very convenient to get to the Universal Studio and Shopping Mall

Our room was impressive and well-appointed, offered with separate toilet, enough beds for family with young kids and great view of the universal studios. The location was magnificent and the room was fairly clean.

I had a deluxe quadruple room for the kids to be themselves, and wake-up service was available in it. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus. the location was top and the best, not very far from a visually stunning shopping mall. In general, the service was efficient. the staff were very professional and extremely helpful, and private parking was available.

Great location if you plan to visit Universal Studios (five minutes walk) - also ferry to Osaka Aquarium just behind hotel. Close to Universal City train station - (about 15 minutes to Osaka station). Clean, comfortable room.

Nice, spacious and great location. Near Universal Studio. One side faces sea and the port and the other faces Universal Studio.

The room is not decorated and painted according to cartoon characters such as those in the sesame streets. So disappointing. Disneyland hotels are much better. Even their bed frames are crafted with Mickey mouse shapes.
